| 1. Do you ship internationally? | Absolutely! We have a global customer base spanning the globe. |

What payment methods do you accept? | We accept all forms of major credit cards, Paypal funds, E-check/bank funds via the convenience and security of the Paypal Payment Gateway and Google Checkout. Alternative forms of payment accepted are money orders and checks. Friendly reminder that payments made by money order or check will take longer so as to allow ample time for receipt and clearance of payment before your order can be shipped. |
| 3. Do you accept wholesale orders? | Yes, we do! Wholesale pricing offers deep discounts on most products and have minimum order requirements. Discounts are based on purchase volume. However, we're always happy to work with retail and business customers to meet your needs, so please feel free to contact us. Friendly reminder for international customers that wholesale orders may be subject to customs duties and fees upon importing. | 6. How do I add an item to the cart? | We recognize the need to provide various payment methods to accommodate the needs of our global customer base. Hence, you will see that we have integrated several of the most popular forms of payment on our site. Items can be added to the appropriate cart on each of the product detail pages.
To make a purchase in USD with Paypal:
1) Add item to the cart using the regular “Add To Cart” Button 
2) View cart by clicking on the “VIEW CART (For USD Orders)” link at the top of every page. 
3) Once all items have been added to the cart, click on the “CHECKOUT (For USD Orders)” link. You will then be guided through the checkout and payment process.
To make a single item purchase in USD with Google Checkout:
1) Add item to the cart using the blue “BUY NOW” Google Checkout Button
2) To checkout, sign into your Google Checkout account and you will then be guided through the checkout and payment process.
* Note: If purchasing multiple items via Google Checkout, contact us via E-mail with the following information and we shall be happy to E-mail you a Google Checkout invoice with the total:
1) a list of the SKU(s)
2) quantity per SKU
3) City, State/Province, Country
To make a purchase in GBP or EUR
1) Simply click on the appropriate button for GBP or EUR to add the item to the international currency cart. The total will be displayed in GBP or EURO respectively.

2) Click on the International Currency View Cart button to view all items in the cart.
For our customers’ convenience, we also accept orders via E-mail. Simply contact us via E-mail with the following information and we shall be happy to E-mail you an invoice with the total:
1) a list of the SKU(s)
2) quantity per SKU
3) City, State/Province, Country
4) indicate your preference for either a Paypal Invoice or Google Checkout Invoice
5) indicate your preferred currency to pay with, if any, otherwise the default will be in USD

| 7. How much do you charge for shipping? | Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. |
| 8. How long will it take my order to arrive? | Depending on the carrier and the final destination for the order, shipping time ranges from 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. International in-transit times can vary and will typically range from 7-14 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Expedited shipping methods are available. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please E-mail us and we will be happy to assist you further and advise on the expedited shipping methods available and additional cost. |
| 9. How do I track my orders? | You can review the status of your order at any time. Go to Customer Service and enter your confirmation number. |
| 10. How do I know when my order has been shipped? | You will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail after your order is placed. A subsequent Shipment Notification E-mail will be sent after your order has been shipped. The Shipment Notification E-mail will contain the appropriate tracking number or Customs form number for your order. Friendly reminder, detailed tracking is only available with upgraded shipping methods. If you prefer to have your order tracked in detail by the courier, please E-mail us for further information. |

What is your return policy? | At Asanea Gifts, we take customer service very seriously and we strive to exceed our customers' expectations in every aspect of our business, including our return policy. | 12. Do you offer insurance? | Insurance is always an option with your order. However, we do recommend that insurance be purchased with all orders simply because once the package is handed over to the carrier, the actual in-transit handling and delivery are beyond our control. | 13. Do you ship to P.O. boxes? | Certainly! As long as your address is confirmed via Paypal or Google Checkout, we will be happy to ship to addresses with PO Boxes. |
| 14. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? | Yes, we are happy to ship your orders to your beloved military friends and family at APO/FPO addresses. Kindly see the following general restrictions for APO/FPO addresses:
* Packages may not exceed 70 lbs.
* Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth.
The Department of Defense (DOD) also requires the following for all military mail/packages:
* Military member's full name (with or without grade, rank, etc.) or a specific title (e.g., Commanding Officer, Supply Officer, etc.)
* The unit designation and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) information with the nine-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned)
As for the in-transit time, per USPS military mail may experience longer delivery times.
"Typically military mail letters are delivered between 7 and 10 business days depending on country of destination. Priority Mail parcels will take 10 to 15 business days. Parcel Post takes about 24 days, according to MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency) officials. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints."
